The EDAMBA conference chair and the editor of Proceedings EDAMBA are responsible for overseeing all phases of the publishing process.

Papers are to be submitted by May 15 of every year.

Notification of acceptance for conference presentation is sent by July 1 every year.

It is assumed that manuscripts have not yet been published or submitted for publishing elsewhere.

All submitted papers are subject to a double-blind peer review process.

The review process take approximately 4-6 weeks.

After completing the review process, the article can be accepted for publication, or is subject to minor or major revision, or rejected.

Each proceeding gets his own registration number ISBN every year.
